Peter Rose, FAIA, FRAIC
Principal
Peter Rose is a recognized leader in the architectural design profession. Since beginning his practice in 1978, Rose has received numerous awards for residential, institutional, and urban design projects. The scale of his projects has varied from large urban design projects, such as the Old Port of Montreal Waterfront Master Plan, to smaller renovations and additions.
In addition to his professional practice, Rose has maintained a long-term involvement in architectural education. He was Adjunct Professor of Architecture at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design from 1991 to 2010, and has also taught at Princeton University, McGill University, and the University of Toronto.
He frequently serves on student design reviews and related symposia. Rose received the Master in Architecture degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University. He is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Quebec.
Matthew Snyder
Principal
Matthew Snyder manages all phases of development for residential and institutional projects, provides technical oversight for detailing and weatherproofing, and leads public design charrettes and competitions.
He is currently managing the 12,000 sq ft off-the-grid Aegean residential complex, a smart integration of sophisticated environmental controls ushering in several firsts for architecture and construction in Turkey. With ten years of building construction experience prior to joining PRP, he served as engineering manager and designer for the nation’s leading glazing contractor, working closely with SOM, HOK, Studios Architecture, and others on building envelope development. He joined PRP in 2004.
Snyder received the Master in Architecture, with Distinction, from Harvard Graduate School of Design, graduating second in his class and attaining the AIA Certificate of Merit. His research and design for industrially fabricated housing received the AIA Boston In Pursuit of Housing Certificate of Design. Snyder has lectured and taught design studios at Northeastern University.
Stani Iordanova, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Principal
Stani Iordanova directs teams through all aspects of project development, provides leadership in creating sophisticated budget-minded approaches to the construction process, and delivers innovative buildings within complex constraints.
As a LEED accredited architect, her commitment to sustainability lies at the intersection between construction, innovation, and the environment. She easily manages the restrictions of coastal zoning, flood plain zoning, Beach and Wetlands regulations, and Conservation Commissions, while developing and gaining approvals for the use of advanced construction techniques to minimize a project’s ecological footprint. She joined PRP in 2009.
Stani received the Master in Architecture degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, and the Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. She is an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at Northeastern University and a licensed architect in the state of Massachusetts.
